However, the head coach over the males (white guy) when speaking about the incident in an interview, repeated called her "girl". She is a grown woman. That shows a lack of respect, which isn't necessary and tacky to be done in public.

Honestly, this is unfortunate for Ms Chatman and her team, because no matter what happened in the past, she can't change this. This was certainly planned and executed by individuals who wanted her positon. Anyway, I wish her all the luck, because she is highly respected and loved by those around her. (sad and unneccesary)

It said "or more students". Someone saw what was going on and reported this nasty story to officials, as they should have. This was no one's fault but Ms. Chatman's. You play cat and mouse and eventually someone gets caught.

If this coach can't or doesn't know the boundaries of her job, then she should never coach anywhere else. Lust gets so many people in trouble. I wonder when they think back on their sexual failures if it was worth those few minutes of sex to lose a prestigious coaching job?

My cousin has a great position and told me someone was interested in her but the company came out with a policy not to date co-workers. She said her job isn't worth losing over a man. Point well said. You know the rules ahead of time and need to think maturely.

Not all women athletes are gay. I was a D-1 basketball player and i'm not gay. But I must say, there is a High pertentage of them that are. And besides, this goes on all the time. And what we really need to look at "Did she have sex with a player" Not that she is gay. (which i believe is wrong anyway but thats just my opinion)
