There's a plastic surgery office ATL and their motto is "You won't see our best work,You're not supposed to..." So if she went to a good surgeon he/she would have done the hip/booty/thigh ratio so that it all looked proportionate.... Nah, I have followed Kim since her JM days and I have quite a few of her pictorials. She really wasnt stacked in the back but she wasnt flat either.
When she came out of prison she had put on alot of weight but it sure didnt go to her ass like that. She had more stomach than anything. And usually if a chick has a big butt when she's thin, it spreads out bigger than the rest of her when she gains weight. It gets bigger than the rest of her. Thats not the case with Kim.
If she would have lost weight naturally and worked out she woudl have looked just like she was before she went to prison, with her regular-sized ass. She definatly has been enhanced.

I do not remember Lil Kim having a body like the one in the pic. Actually, hers and KIm K's butt look the same, very bubbly and stiff. Either they both have had the Brazillian Buttlift or they get silicone shots in the buttocks. Booties just do not grow like that overnight and especially when there is not much weight gain involved.
