People, just let the IRS withold the money from your check. I know it's tempting to get ALL of your paycheck and not have to worry about the taxes until the end of the year...but it's SO much easier to just let them take it out from the jump. Most people are not going to be as diligent about putting away the extra money to pay Uncle Sam at the end of the year. You can file different exemptions where less taxes can be withheld but LET THEM TAKE THE TAX OUT!!!!!! You're gonna get most of the money back any damn way. Paying taxes suck, but it's the LAW and you have to do it. That's why I never have problems and I ALWAYS get back a healthy tax refund....
I do not understand celebrities and their wealth. How can you be on a hit show for 5 yrs, a hit show before that, Martin, and not pay your taxes?
I can understand Sinbad's situation because his career really never took off. All he's had was a movie here or there. He needs to tour or something.
Dionne Warwick has been singing since the 60s so I don't understand her owing all that money either.
If you don't plan to pay taxes I suggest you lower your level of living. Look at how hard Steve Harvey, Bernie Mack, D.L Hughley, & Ced traveled to make money. Those men lived out of suitcases to earn a living! They worked very hard to support their families. Before Bernie died he said he was tired of living out of a suitcase and had plans to stop touring. Now that's called hard work and a work ethic.
