It's the darker hair color for one thing. It's much more flattering. Very few black women can pull of that blonde/red weave especially that greenish dishwater-blonde Tyra be rockin'. The lighter make-up also takes years off her face and y'all know black don't crack. Anyway, I love Tyra. She looks good.
25? I don't know about that...but she looks better. Darker weave is a huge improvement and makes her look younger, and she's lost a few pounds. But the shoes are ugly and the dress is boring and ill-fitting.

My friend and I were watching her show a few days ago and she brought up this exact point. She's like "What did Tyra do?
