I can understand why the boy did not come forward sooner. How embarrassed and scared he must have been that this happened to him. Standing up to bullies is not always easy, especially when there is a group of them.

What I really wonder is why there was not staff supervision in the locker room or at least close by that could hear the screams and go see what was going on? The parents of the victim should also go after the school for negligence.
