: MediaTakeOut.com just caught wind of a new report from the NY Daily News about Usher and Tameka’s marriage. According to their crack team of reporters, the divorce will be filed shortly. And how do they come to that conclusion – well because a Cobb County clerk for the Superior Court in Georgia told them, “The papers haven’t been filed yet, but we had a telephone conversation last week with an attorney asking how to file for them.”
Ummm … This may be the silliest story that we ever heard. For one – how do they know it was either Usher or Tameka’s lawyer calling asking about the filing – and not someone else.
For example, MediaTakeOut.com’s editor called the Cobb County clerks office last week when reports of a Usher-Tameka separation began circulating. And during that conversation he asked whether any paperwork was filed by either party, and the process for filing for divorce in the county.
This whole thing is starting to sound like a DANG publicity stunt for Usher’s upcoming album – which BTW – is being released in October.
The Cobb County clerk should be fired and if the lawyer is an entertainment lawyer or he is a lawyer from another stated, then he must call to find out what the jurisdiction laws are..for all you dumb asses...each states has different laws and ordinances and it's own constitution too....under the federal constitution. so...the lawyer did the right thing as not to mess up the proceedings and to file the correct paper work.
Plus there are different kinds of lawyers and if they wanted their Investment lawyer oR entertainment lawyer to start the proceedings because they are close to them (THAT lawyer offered his help because he knows the law generally), then an Investment lawyer needs to call around first and find out what must be filed based on jurisdiction, then they can find a good divorce lawyer later...
You Black ppl or so f u c k i n g dumb and don't do any research and believe MTO ON EVERYTHING.
UM 1. YOU HAVE A SHITTY LAWYER IF HE HAS TO ASK HOW TO FILE FOR A DIVORCE. 2. How do they know it was Usher's lawyer. 3. This is an odd marriage. 4. Usher needs to get beat if they are trying to drum up publicity for his upcoming album by starting stupid rumors. 5. There is some truth to rumors, but we don't know what it is yet. 6. Why are him and his wife even relevant.
I can't stand Usher. That's how he did for the Confession's album (which was actually a good album). He lied liked somebody was pregnant and saying all that mess about Chili. He's too arrogant. I can't stand his flat head a*s. That's why that mess HEAR I STAND...flopped. That moving moutains mess damn near made me blow my head off. Usher sit down you lying piece of trash.
