he got so many tats it does not look like tats anymore it looks like dirt or mud especially from far away. As far as tatted lips on the neck goes(it's stupid what does tatted lips prove?..that you would accept kisses from ANYTHING that has lipstick on it?) if there is untatted lip stick on my neck most likely a woman will be sitting right beside me as proof of where the kiss came from but to have a pair of lips on a neck standing next to a dude THAT IS A HUGE NONONO!
