: MediaTakeOut.com just caught wind that R&B singer Chris Brown has plead GUILTY in assaulting Rihanna.
According to our insider, Chris gets 180 days in a labor diversion program (aka community service) in Virginia and he gets 5 years probation for FELONY assault. He also must enroll in a domestic violence problem - for convicted batters.
The judge also issued a "Stay Away Order" barring Chris Brown from contacting or coming within 50 yards of Rihanna for the foreseeable future (at least until August). This was despite Rihanna's claim that she doesn't want that order applied to Chris.

It was not Rihanna who called police, but someone who heard her screams for help, according to a sworn statement by Los Angeles Police Detective DeShon Andrews.
The statement, filed with the court to support a search warrant for cell phone records, described a brutal attack against Rihanna allegedly by Brown.
Andrews said the incident began when Rihanna, who was riding in the sports car driven by Brown, found a text message on his cell phone from "a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with."
"A verbal argument ensued and Brown pulled the vehicle over on an unknown street, reached over Robyn F. with his right hand, opened the car door and attempted to force her out. Brown was unable to force Robyn F. out of the vehicle because she was wearing a seat belt. When he could not force her to exit, he took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window of the vehicle, causing an approximate one-inch raised circular contusion," the statement said.
"Robyn F. turned to face Brown and he punched her in the left eye with his right hand. He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused Robyn F.'s mouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle," the statement continued.
"Brown looked at Robyn F. and stated, 'I'm going to beat the s--t out of you when we get home! You wait and see!'" The detective said "Robyn F." then used her cell phone to call her personal assistant Jennifer Rosales, who did not answer.
The statement continued:
"Robyn F. pretended to talk to her and stated, 'I'm on my way home. Make sure the police are there when I get there.'
"After Robyn F. faked the call, Brown looked at her and stated, 'You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I'm really going to kill you!'
"Brown resumed punching Robyn F. and she interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face. She then bent over at the waist, placing her elbows and face near her lap in [an] attempt to protect her face and head from the barrage of punches being levied upon her by Brown.
"Brown continued to punch Robyn F. on her left arm and hand, causing her to suffer a contusion on her left triceps (sic) that was approximately two inches in diameter and numerous contusions on her left hand.
"Robyn F. then attempted to send a text message to her other personal assistant, Melissa Ford. Brown snatched the cellular telephone out of her hand and threw it out of the window onto an unknown street.
"Brown continued driving and Robyn F. observed his cellular telephone sitting in his lap. She picked up the cellular telephone with her left hand and before she could make a call he placed her in a head lock with his right hand and continued to drive the vehicle with his left hand.
"Brown pulled Robyn F. close to him and bit her on her left ear. She was able to feel the vehicle swerving from right to left as Brown sped away. He stopped the vehicle in front of 333 North June Street and Robyn F. turned off the car, removed the key from the ignition and sat on it.
"Brown did not know what she did with the key and began punching her in the face and arms. He then placed her in a head lock positioning the front of her throat between his bicep and forearm. Brown began applying pressure to Robyn F.'s left and right carotid arteries, causing her to be unable to breathe and she began to lose consciousness.
"She reached up with her left hand and began attempting to gouge his eyes in an attempt to free herself. Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and then released her. While Brown continued to punch her, she turned around and placed her back against the passenger door. She brought her knees to her chest, placed her feet against Brown's body and began pushing him away. Brown continued to punch her on the legs and feet, causing several contusions.
"Robyn F. began screaming for help and Brown exited the vehicle and walked away. A resident in the neighborhood heard Robyn F.'s plea for help and called 911, causing a police response. An investigation was conducted and Robyn F. was issued a Domestic Violence Emergency Protective Order."
At the end of his statement, the detective said Brown sent a text message nine days later apologizing.
"In the text message, Brown apologized for what he had done to Robyn F. and advised [Rihanna's assistant] Ford that he was going to get help," Andrews wrote.

Chris Brown made his long awaited debut in court today for his assault case. Rihanna, his girlfriend who he repeatedly punched in the face, also showed up at the courthouse but, understandably, never made it to the courtroom.
Chris plea bargained. Instead of jail time, Brown will have to spend 6 months picking up trash on the road or cleaning graffiti and he’s been ordered to stay 50 yards from Rihanna.
In addition, he’ll receive 5 years supervised probation for felony assault which he pled guilty to. Under the deal, he’ll have to return to court every three months. Chris must also go to a domestic violence counseling program. Any violation of probation may result in up to 4 years in prison.

Well there is nothing else you have to go off of. Chris didn't care to explain his side of the story. He plead guilty and that was that. He didn't really put up a fight to show this supposed plotting and scheming that you talk about. He decided to change his mind from pleading not guilty. I donot condone or promote violence by women. What i am saying is that if you as a man, respond to this angry female with violence..the law is pitted against you, and not her. Use of a taser would be much more appropriate, than use of an offices fist. I would think that he would be repremanded for execessive force for the latter. I have someone...but i partially agree with you. But it is interesting that there seems to be a plethora of men waiting to scoop Ms Rhianna up though. (even with the knowledge that she may be a fireball). So you see, men tend to like "exciting" and fiesty women like this. And stay with women that are "hitting them". Thinking they can handle them, maybe?

The evidence points to Chris being guilty of assault and his own admission and remorsefulness. He couldn't be not guilty when the photo showed a bruised face covered with blood. He did the right thing by coming clean. He wasn't go to get away with an assault because he struck Rihanna in the face. There was no evidence to prove Rihanna struck him first He had no scratches or marks on his body. She may have hit him, but he didn't press charges against her.
Chris and Rihanna still love one another. Why would she be concern about whether or not he has contact with her?
One thing I want to say to Chris. After going through all of this I hope you realise the seriousness of your future relations especially when it comes to Rhianna. Anyone who could cost you to lose your freedom should be a wake up call. I hope you listen to your mom and get all the help you need. She is not worth breaking rules and court orders for so call Love. Understand that this is OVER. Dont get trap in texting, calling or even Meeting her. There's no evidence that she hit him first. That's nowhere in the police report. It's crazy how people came to that conclusion. Some think he got of a little light. I think so too. But 5 years on paper is no joke.

I understand. It is hard to explain yourself on the computer sometimes. I read your second post and I was in a relationship for six years with my ex. He hit me once I hit him back and I knew it was over. I hit my boyfriend after that because he lied to me about his friend playing women. I kept hitting him in the car and I stopped when I noticed he almost to hit me back lol. I also got into a struggle once with a man who gave me a radio and wanted it back. He got stronger and stronger until I used my sense and let him have it.

Rhianna doesn't want a "Stay Away Order" because she knows she wants to be around Chris. Read between the lines people. Would you want to be around a man that has whipped your behind like you stole his right to breathe?
