I hold fault against the Owner of the Barbershop, becoz he knowz that on any given day at least young BOYS will come to get their hair cut,So even for THEM..(at a certain age) it's not inappropriate. But for that Woman sitting next to those kids?..I can only imagine what happens under her tutelage( and i used that word with a FEATHER'S weight!)...SMH...Some of our people need to seriously wake up.
