Jay-Z was due to make his Atlanta bow but looks like inclement weather in the "A" shut down the Jay-Z/Ciara concert that was scheduled to take place at Chastain Park Amphitheater, tonight in Atlanta. Severe thunderstorms and lighting prevented Jay-z from flying in to Atlanta. Last night he performed at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut. Ciara, although scheduled to perform with him yesterday, was unable to perform due to contracting the influenza virus.
