Here's what we know so far - an insider told us that he was on a business trip in Los Angeles to promote his new book and to sign a VERY lucrative deal to have his books developed into a TV series. MediaTakeOut.com's insider claims that less than a day after he signed the deal, he was found dead in his hotel room.

Don't know much about him but was reading about his death on another black blog and could not believe the morose things some folk were saying about the dead. I guess they feel that somehow they will get a pass.
If his death was natural(not murder), what does it matter how he died. Even if you approve of someone's good deeds you cannot bring them back to life after death.

He was a talented writer and a wonderful storyteller. Once you started one of his books, it was tough to put down. "Invisible Life" was HUGE. What's up with these black celebrities dying right before a privotal moment in their careers. So sad. It's kind of suspicious that he died right after signing the deal, though. As he freed his life from "invisibility" so was his condition revealed in his death. I never felt compelled read any of his books. I knew enough women with husbands living that life and I'll let their deaths and DL husbands tell the story to all who live the same lie.
