: MediaTakeOut.com just learned from a person close to the situation that Atlanta prosecutors are VERY LIKELY to drop the homicide case against Frederick Richardson for the killing of Kandi's fiance AJ Jewell.
The insider, who spoke to MediaTakeOut.com on the condition of anonymity, told us that the prosecutors are scheduled to make a final decision early next week. And that everyone expects the decision to be to DROP the homicide charge against Frederick.
Right now Frederick is out on bail. He still may face assault charges for engaging in a fight with AJ though.

Saw this coming a mile away! Authorities sure know how to add insult to injury you see as long as it's BLACK on BLACK crime it will go unpunished in hopes that when they release him for good there will be some kind of retaliation from some other BLACK PEOPLE and then they can keep the criminal records,anger & violence going in our communities. MTO yall are not the first. A lot of peoplein ATL said that man did not kill him. He was talking afterwards. Autopsy showed that he died of sickle cell complications and that he was so worked up after the fight his body did not provide enough oxygen to the brain. I am very sorry that he died, it was another senceless fight that happened. A man lost his life, children lost their father and parents lost their child. I made a comment on this after it happened saying dude might get off. I had some people saying I was crazy. Look hear people I'm not on this dude's side or anything we have to look at it for what it is. AJ & this dude was fighting one on one. The only time this dude got the advantage is when he picked up the 2 by 4. If this dude had jumped AJ with other people he would have gotten chargered for murder regardless. Another reason is they are saying AJ may of had sick-a-cell or something of that nature. Him getting hit didn't help the situation. NO MATTER WHAT THE WHOLE SITUATION IS SAD.
They said it wAS A heart attack. If it was natural causes he didn't kill him. If I get into a fight wit a guy and i am getting my azz whoop and he has a heart failure it ain't my fault. Cause the other got stomped out. He was losing the fight. How could they charge him. Unless he didn't actually have a heart attack and the guy was winning the fight. I saw the after pics and he looked like he got handled. Condolences to the family but it is what it is. Sad but he had no part in the man's death. Again unless he didn't have a heart attack.
I am sorry about what happened to AJ, but a lot of people on here have posted that this man as a murderer. It was a fight, and nothing more. It was not murder. Murder is intentional. No one could forsee AJ's death. You all need to get the facts before jumping to wrong conclusions. MTO needs to stop calling this a murder.
For once the justice system is being fair to a black man in a serious situation. No sense in two lives being ruined over a fight in a strip club parking lot that A.J. should have known better not to be fighting with his condition and having 6 kids to be a father to. This man was clearly stupid to for fighting but that does not make him a criminal.

What happened was that God removed this brotha from Kandi's life. Now I hope that kandi will send them old ooga booga girlz back and get on with her life. It was just something about AJ, that I too knew, along with Mama, that this wasn't a good thing for Kandi. kandi, stop being so damned desperate, and build your self esteem. God took care of this for you, can't you see that.
