: MediaTakeOut.com just learned that a man in Puerto Rico is using a very CONTROVERSIAL defense to the crime of murder - called the Gay Panic defense. According to police, Juan A Martinez Matos, 26, murdered a 19 year old tranney after finding out he was a man.
Here's what MediaTakeOut.com learned went down. Juan was driving around a seedy part of town, when he picked up a chick on the side of the road. Well it turns out the chick was really a 19 year old dude named Jorge Steven Lopez Mercado.
Juan then took Jorge back to the crib, where the two began to get it POPPIN!!! At some point during the GETTING-IT-POPPIN-NESS, Juan figured out that Jorge was actually a man, and then he murdered him. Then, after murdering him, Juan cut up the body and burnt it up.
Juan is now claiming temporary insanity as a defense to the murder and looking to get out of jail SCOTT FREE.
Now it's not right to be tricked like that, but did he have to murder him and then burn up the body???? Besides, have you seen the killer's eyebrows . . how he doinnnn
