From EXPERIENCE i can tell you lol, that no matter how much weight you've lost and as flat as your belly can get after HAVING A BABY....
You will always have a stomach that has been stretched to oblivion and all it takes it a big ass meal full of carbs (usually bread that expands inside of you) and your tummy can go back to looking like your first trimester until it all digests-lol, because your skin has the elasticity and capability to stretch out more easily after pregnancy
