: MediaTakeOut.com just received some EXTREMELY SAD news. A racist landlord named Phillip Maze is accused of terrorizing his tennats, all because they had a Black man over at their home.
Here's what went down. The Black boyfriend of one of the trailer's residents spent the night. And that's when the landlord went BONKERS!!!
He reportedly starting talking CRAZY to the tenants and turned off the water to their home. The tenants called the authorities to report what was going on. And the Department of Housing and Urban Development sent over an investigator.
Here's what the HUD investigator reported, via the Associated Press:
According to a HUD complaint issued Dec. 17, Maze, who is white, told a HUD investigator: "I do not have any blacks on my property and I am aware that we have a biracial president, but no federal law will make me rent to anyone I do not want to."Phillip's racist azz was charged with violating Fair Housing, and if found guilty, he'll have to pay a fine - or lose his property."This was a 4th (sic) generation business; Arab, Alabama has very few blacks," the complaint said Maze told the investigator.
But he was not moved by the charge. According to the Associated Press, he said the following, "It wasn't just because he was black. They were filthy; they were lazy. I'll burn it down before I let the government tell me who to rent it to."
I live in NC, and believe me he is not the only one with crazy thoughts. People in the South still think they are above federal law. There are many unconstitutional laws still on the books here in NC, and people still enforce these laws. They do it because no one is checking them. He is one of a few who will be checked for his racist attitude.
D@mn, his prejudice is that strong that he'll risk losing his means of making money just so he won't have to rent to a black person. I say let him, he'll only be hurting himself in the end. He'll also be facing charges if that does happen, being that he already told what he'll do if he looses the case.
Yeah Bushwine, this is true. They smile in your face, but yet tell the stupid black jokes behind your back. Plot on ways to take your ideas and make money off of it-instead of giving black folks credit. For example, the 2 white thieves who claim MJ made them executors of his estate. They get a whooping 3-5 percent commission from the estate. That amounts to millions. They think they are slick and that many black folks are not up on the bullshyt they try to pull.
What is the replacement value of a freaking double wide trailer???? He's not stupid enough to burn his own sh*t, he's trying to provoke SOMEONE ELSE to do it. He would love to come up on a $10k+ insurance check right about now and not have to worry about any tenants ever again. But NOPE, no one should give him the satisfaction, sue and sue his azz some more! We tend to react violently too, too often... beating a muthaf*cka at their own game is the best revenge.
White men are the most insecure creatures on the face of the planet. They have pretty much everything but can't stand to see anyone else with anything especially if it might invade their space or cause them to feel as if they are going to lose what they feel they are entitled to. They hate the black man because they fear the black man.

You need to take some racial issues classes at a university and contribute to helping people reach the equality level everyone is dreaming of, instead of conceiving and harboring (and possibly spreading)dislike for the white race

That is what they do! They will destroy their own schitt just so that the black man can't get it! They will even disown their children if they in a relationship with one of us! It happens in our culture also, but not as often. I know a lot of mixed people blk/whte and they grew up around the black side of the family or black neighborhood, even with the white parent also living with the black family, because the parents white family disowned them when they found out about the child or the relationship!!!
