: MediaTaeOut.com just learned that a woman is claiming in a lawsuit that NFLer Michael Irvin brutally raped her in a Las Vegas hotel. Michael has not yet been charged with a crime. Here's how ESPN is reporting it:
The suit, filed by a woman identified as "Jane Doe," accused Irvin, the former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver and Pro Football Hall of Fame member, of raping her at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla., in 2007, according to the report.No criminal charges have been filed. The Broward State Attorney's Office has been investigating the case and a spokesman told the Herald he expects a conclusion next week.
Irvin, currently in South Florida for the Super Bowl, had hosted a talk show on ESPN Radio 103.3 in Dallas and works as a television analyst for the NFL Network.
"His contract was up and the show has not performed," ESPN said in a statement released Friday. "We had previously decided to cancel the show and determined this morning to make it effective today. The permanent replacement begins at 11 a.m. CT today -- Ben Rogers and Jeff "Skin" Wade ("Ben and Skin")."

ESPN is reporting on this? Nooooo! (sarcasm) This is the same network that didn't report on Big Ben's alleged rape because they were gonna wait to see if he gets charged. They weren't gonna report on just an allegation. Now, how is this Michael Irving situation any different?, you have an allegation and NO CHARGES. There's only one difference I can see between the two, I'll let yall figure out what that is.

Everyone seems to think this lady is lying we don't know. I am going to reserve passing judgement in light of a recent situation I went through at work. A man at my job with a high position was stalking me for over a year I never said anything to anyone at work only to my family and friends. Until I couldn't deal with it anymore finally I approached him the situation elevated to the higher ups at work we had a few meeting I was made to feel like I was lying and a few people stopped speaking to me. I'd even contacted an attorney before finally approaching him. The attorney said I doubt that they will get ride of him.The end result was I was moved to another floor I rarely see him just so happened I saw him in the parking lot today. Nevertheless we don't know what happened so lets not speculate.
The [EXPLETIVE] that really kills me is that these chicks take years to report the rape. And then they are not going for criminal charges. they filing civil lawsuits, meaning they want money not justice. This is why i can't be believing the chicks. If a guy rapes you report it immediately not years after the fact
