Yes they should block it because she is not a woman, she is a child. It would have been different if the title was the prettist girl in Brazil and the have her wave to the audience and do a little performance. But sexy and woman should not be in the title because she is too young for both of those words. In the Latino culture females are considered women at age 15. Samba is a dance, and the whole carnaval celebration is a combination of christian and African religion celebrations.
