I haven't logged on and given my thoughts on a topic in at least 6 months, but I think this topic is very much worhty of my input. For one, people should really let this burning obsession that have for Gabby go. To all the people with the negative, derogatory things to say, like Jamie Foxx, you should be ashamed. She is going to get enough negativity, hatred, teasing and taunting from the white community. All that hateful spirited stuff is not even our character (Black people), but when it comes to treating another Black person like that, we jump on white people bandwagon and start all.......

The only reason you guys are so judgmental towards Gabby is because she is overweight, which is a negative thing by society's standards, and because she is dark, which is a negative thing by society's standards. The icing on the cake is she is very secure, confident and comfortable in her own skin and that drives yall up the wall. Yall figure with her being heavy and dark, she has nothing going for her to make her feel good about herself. That is the sad reality and yall should be ashamed. So of course they wanted fat girls to audition. She got the part because she acted better than the rest that auditioned. Plus what she has on is not cute. ....of the day, you have the same face, the same body, the same skin, the same nose, lips, eyes, breasts, etc. that you hate so much. Not defending Gabby but in all fairness,this girl weighs over 300 pounds so there's no way she's losing all those excess pounds overnight & even if she did undergo surgery? She would still have to work hard on that body...just saying She didn't get this big overnight so we can't expect her to magically slim down overnight. Perhaps she may even have thyroid problems,who knows?
