Olivia has been dropped from G-unit as of 3/26/07 . The Singer reportedly has been Sexually Harassed on numerous occasions by members of the G-unit roster as well as the boss himself Curtis '' 50 Cent '' Jackson , Her un-willingness to oblige to these sexual invites lead to her departure from the G-unit/ Interscope imprint. Olivia has been in talks with other labels and looking over new deals , so fans should not fret for she will get another chance at music. P.s. Behind Closed Doors ( Her Album recorded during her stint at G-unit) is going to be leaked very very soon !*******************This is all from a very close , sincere & reliable source************************

And as it pains me to say this Mya (whom I love DEARLY) but it's a matter of fact, everyone listed is a hit or miss artist.
Arguably, you could add Kelly Rowland to the list. She does great in the confines of DC but never really caught on as a solo act. I WOULD throw Cassie in there but her star quality remains to be seen; I'll see what her next album does.
They all have some degree of my respect.
She came out with Bizounce and then that was hot until another careerless female Blu Cantrell shot it off the charts w/Hit'Em Up Style...then she came out with G Unit which I knew from the start was a mistake...they are hard core rap artists...where in the hell did she fit with that. Not hating, she's pretty and all, but she doesn't have great voice or anything that would make her able to compete with every other girl singer out here trying to be the ONE...sorry Olivia...it aint gonna happen for you.

You have a good point about Olivia not being able to compete with other female singers. Everyone on the list is perpetually stuck in this rut that they can't get out of. It's been YEARS and they can't seem to upgrade from underacheiver status! No one seems to care or misses them because they just don't connect to an audience.

Olivia is actually a good singer but just never got the exposure she thought she was going to get when she signed to G-Unit. She sings better than Ciara, Ashanti and damn Keshia Cole, and is very attractive as well. She will do better moving else where, where she can be developed as an artist and hopefully get a least one hit!!!! We all know the music business isn't always about how well you sing or even how attractive you are, a lot of it is who pushes you and who is willing to invest time and money in getting you out there. So be easy folks, it's hard out there for a new artist......
Everyone's concerned with how she looks and whether or not she can sing, when the real issue here is G Unit's inappropriate conduct. They have no scruples and she ends up getting victimized twice. Once by them and another by ignorant comments from people who think with their a$$es. The girl is obviously very beautiful. I am confident enough with myself to give her that. To all the haters, read between the lines.
Damn, it sure is easy to criticize someone and say they are irrelevant and are nobody when half of you are probably the real life examples of dreams deferred!!!! This chick is out there trying to make her dream happen which takes a lot more courage than being in the peanut gallery talking [EXPLETIVE] about how important someone is just because you have not heard of them. Now I'm not a big fan of Olivia, but she is trying to make her dreams happen. All the negative comments about her, but not one person said the best thing...that she didnt sell herself short and lay on her back to get to where she needs to be...That shows she's not gonna let anybody just run over her, which is the first thing to remember in the music game...She's head strong..Hate to big up my city, but NYC women dont usually tolerate that ishh, and she's from Queens (probably why she cusses a lot too).

Well IMO she needed to go a loooong time ago and I thought they had gotten rid of her already. G-Unit needed that fire chick and she just wasn't that. Olivia can sing and dance, the beats are nice and when she is rapping she has a nice flow. Also, she is very attractive. We don't know if G-Unit has dropped her but she has to get with another label - she has talent. G-Unit failed to promote Olivia. Example, look at who came out of Wu Tang Clan: Method Man, Old Dirty Bastard, Ghost Face Killer, Raquan the Chef (a few others as well). Other than 50 Cent, who came out of G-Unit with force and power? No one. During the past few years, Olivia should have ben pushed forward to fill the void left by Foxy Brown, Lil Kim and Queen Latifa. Because G-Unit is only about gangster rap they didn't know what to do with Olivia.
