: MediaTakeOut.com learned that a 48 year old Atlanta man named DeFarra Gaymon's was traveling from Georgia to New Jersey to celebrate his 30th high school reunion at Montclair High School.
DeFarra, who is the CEO of an Atlanta company, was approached in a GAY PARK by an undercover police. hat happened next is UNCLEAR . . . But DeFarma ended up dead.

According to the Essex County Sheriff's Office, Gaymon was shot and killed Friday evening at Newark's Branch Brook Park during a "tussle" with an undercover police detective, but it is unclear what led to the incident.We're going to keep you posted . .. to see how this story plays out.The detective, whose name has not been released, went to the park around 6 p.m. to investigate reports that people were engaging in sexual activity in public.
He ended up firing a single bullet into Gaymon's chest while trying to arrest him on charges related to the original call, authorities told The Star Ledger.

Regardless of it being a "gay park" or not, the incident needs to be investigated completely and as quickly as possible. The family needs to know everything that happened. The police in Jersey better be smart and tell the truth. People are tired of cops getting away with hurting and killing people who have done nothing wrong.

This could have been one of our family members, & whatever his sexual preference was, u would have still loved him & wouldn't want him killed if it was unjustified. Dean was in NJ for his high school reunion. The park is only 12 miles away from the hotel in Secauscus where they were holding the reunion. Something in the park went WRONG!
I believe it was reported that Dean helped to coordinated the HS reunion. Did he go there looking for one of his old classmates,or why would he have been in the park instead of at the reunion? I am sure there were activities that needed to get done, prior to the event.Why was the Officer-immediately put on medical leave? why has the officer not explained to anyone what happend?
