According to our insider, Usain - and his girlfriend beauty Queen Milan spent the entire week together - a few days before his BIG TRACK MEET in Stockholm last week. And at one point, the insider told MediaTakeOut.com, Usain's back 'popped' while they were in a particularly FREAKY position.
