Men are the main transmitters of the disease whether it is through homosexual or heterosexual anal sex. Unless this woman gave the man a blood transfusion using her own blood, or they were sharing IV needles I doubt she gave him the virus. Once women and men educate and protect themselves and are honest with sexual partners the spreading of STDS will stop!
