I like that red tint better on rihanna than that out rage sh1t she had in her hair before. Rihanna's second dress is pretty (green dress), but the red dress is dramatic and ugly. Rihanna's hair FINALLY looks somewhat decent, I like the second dress she had on (could have done w/o the shoes though), but her first dress was flat out ugly, looked like drapes.

Keri Hilson is just not all that pretty to me, and her outfit was boring.
Trey Songz looks like he was working security at the event, and Usher has worn that leather outfit so many times I've lost count, plus he needs to shape up his beard.
