Braids are a great way to take time away from relaxers and allow some time for new growth. Some people (celebrities are people) wear them as a transitional style.

I won't complain because I think we should as many wig and weave shops out of business as we can. Especially the 1's that sell to us but don't trust us in their stores.

Braids will never, ever go out of style. Braids have been around for many, many years, so I don't see why she shouldn't wear them now. I've always loved them on Brandy. It's her trademark. She will also stand out from all of the other female singers who feel that they have to faithfully depend on some type of weave or a lacefront wig. She also looks younger with the braids than she did when she was wearing her lacefront. She gets two thumbs up in my book!
