Back in the day, I never understood why her weaves would be so sloppy and off! I used to think that maybe she rocked her weaves that way to make people think she was rocking her own hair! Her weave still isn't a major upgrade from back in the day. Looks like someone did it with their pinky toe in the dark! I see rats with nicer weaves than her, and they are totally broke. A lil combing and flat ironing can't hurt a weave!
Hmmm, I wonder why Ms. Inga DeCarlo Fung Marchand (her real name)wears weaves? Most wear them because the desire a more europen or asian texture over thier natural hair. Foxy is indeed a beautiful woman(on the outside), it seems that she can't rock a decent weave to save her life.
