Most do it over a long period of time, so that it's not very noticeable. But if you look at recent pics of Taraji Henson . . . it' VERY noticeable. FYI - we're not HATING on Taraki, she's our girl. But SKIN BLEACHING is occurring every day in Hollywood and it's about time we had an OPEN DISCUSSION about it.
I think the stars just didn't have money back then for facials and body treatments. And once you start getting regular facials like chemical peels and stuff it will make u a shade lighter. My neck and chest is a whole lot lighter than my face. My inner arms are light too..like everybody. On pics these stars don't like that. They want to be all one shade.
I'm am much lighter in the winter than in the summer. I tan very easily. Different cameras, lighting, time of year, etc. There are many other reasons for her looking lihgter than bleaching. it is ignorant to assume she bleached her skin. I have pictures where I look black as hell and others where I very light skinned. I have never bleached my skin.
