yeah it happened to Pendergrass, but it was alleged that Pendergrass, who hit A TREE was w/a tranny and receiving oral copulation. Belle Isle is where ppl walk and exercise during the day, families camp out during the evening and 'the kids' take it over at night - especially on 'the strip'. People often hang out drinking and riding around Belle Isle with their friends after the bars close. It's not exactly a make-out spot, but I don't doubt that some cheap whores are making out in cars at the park. Yes the park does legally close at ten but it's nothing for ppl to be out there until whatever time. Hanging out and showing of cars, oh and checking out WOMEN. Here it is very common in the summer togo see whats poppin on the isle just because. MTO you all need to get tour storys together before you go making allegations.
