: MediaTakeOut.com has learned that during last night's performance at Orlando's Amway Arena, Beyonce suffered a terrible fall. The spill, which is shown in the below video, occurred as she was performing her hit song Ring the Alarm.
As MediaTakeOut.com's video shows, Beyonce attempts to walk down the stairs and trips on her overcoat - Falling directly on her face and head.
And that's not all, according to a fan who was sitting in the front row, after the fall Beyonce was bleeding!!! The concerned fan told MediaTakeOut.com, "Beyonce fell down really hard, I think her head may have hit the stairs .. I could see that her leg was bleeding and it looked like her lip was busted too [but] I'm not 100% sure about her lip."
But if you think that a little blood and bruises could stop Beyonce, you'd be wrong. The fan explained to MediaTakeOut.com, "Beyonce was so cool about the fall. She just got up, wiped herself down and kept performing. I'd bet that most people in the arena didn't even know that anything happened."

Hey everybody, I'm new to the game. Today is my first day logging on and boy did I log on the right day. My girl B have taken the stage once again. Fam, do Y'all remember this is not her first time fallen on stage. Youtube posted one once before. She was performing as usual, and while doing the routine she was doing she kinda slipped to her knees a lil and kept right on going. I believe she had on a blue or a gold outfit and some heels. See the first fall wasn't that noticeable, but this fall, you couldn't help but to see it, cause first of all she has on all this red. Then she throwing her hair everywhere. And then when she fell her hair and outfit kinda flared up and out. And then she just went down for no reason. Who's routine y'all know consist of somebody falling down the stairs???? I'm glad she's ok though because she could have really hurt herself on those stairs. But as I seen [REDBONE37] post performers fall and they get up and dust themselves off and keep going. With that fall I think she gave 2000% to her fans; but I also believe she was very angry with herself because she's probably use to doing stuff perfect. Her BET performance was perfect, all her video dance routines are perfect, as a matter of fact everytime she perform on any award show she performs perfect, so she's use to not screwing up as like any other performer. Take 50cent for ex. After his performance he was totally pissed. It was written all over his face. He also left the whole ceremony after he performed. Why is that??? Hello all at MTO, I am new here, but...I was at the concert last night and the concert was hott, had some VIP seats, but did glance at the phone and did not see the actual tumble, however, I saw her down and bounce back up, the girl is awesome anyway you want to put it, and trust me I have seen more than enough performers to rate her. Fan or no fan, anyone who is athletically inclined would know that the show does not stop for a fall unless something is now broken or out of place, and at that time, it only stops for the injured. She performed the entire show on the stairs and she was just great. She fell, we chuckled after we found out she was ok and then we moved past that. She is human, she even stated "if you saw what happened, please don't put it on youtube," unfortunately, her request was not granted. I am not a super fan, but do recognize talent and she has it, if you can get to the concert you should really go...that's just my spin on the situation.
