January 12. MediaTakeOut.com has learned that in a recent interview with Sister2Sister magazine Johnnie Gill denied being romantically involved with Eddie Murphy. Below is an excerpt of that interview along with a photograph of Johnnie's newborn son Isiah:

"All that [EXPLETIVE]. Now come with all that [EXPLETIVE] now, and I've got a son now to protect with all that ignorant [EXPLETIVE]. And it's, like, now you're getting ready to see who Johnny is," said Gill.

"[Eddie Murphy is] my best friend for life," he continued. "And no matter what anybody wants to say, you're not splitting us up from being best friends. There's nothing you can do about it. Put it that way."
