This is interesting. There must have been some good news in those private meetings with the super delegates both he and Clinton had on Wednesday and Thursday. It will be nice to see a “return” to national issues and finally find out what McCain’s positions are and how they stack up against the policies and ideas of the democrats. |

Hillary has been in the political game a lot longer than Barack. She knows what she's doing by staying in the game. Remember what Bush blatantly did to Al Gore in 2000? That just might happen again. It is not going to be a pretty picture for the Democrats when the nominee is decided. If Hillary doesn't get the nominee I truly believe she'll run again. This means so much to Hillary because she gave up her dreams to follow Bill. Even though she was an attorney, back then women just weren't popular poltitical candidates.
Michelle Obama has said if Barack loses, he won't ever run again. Who can blame it. Running for president is expensive, draining and aging. I wouldn't want that job for nothing in the world. |

Obama is only 160 away from the Democratic nomination...Obama 1865 Hillary 1697. I just don't feel she should be on the ballot for Vice President because by hook or crook if she is on the ballot and Obama IS going to be the next President of the United States (NOBODY IN THIER RIGHT MIND IS GONNA PUT ANOTHER FREAKING REPUBLICAN IN OFFICE ANY TIME SOON SINCE THESE MESSED UP 8 YEARS BUSH PUT US THROUGH!) This may be a big mistake on his part. He should allow Hillary to concede.
Neither one would make a good president. John Edwards and/or Al Gore would have been much more preferable. I find Hillary to be a bit unstable---maybe a female McCain, and Obama an empty suit. All he makes is just "pretty" speaches with no real solutions. Pathetic as to how people get enraptured over it.
If Michigan and Florida were allowed to be counted, Hillary would have this but Obama doesn't want it. That may come back to bite him. Either way, he's going to have to name Hillary as his running mate if he expects to win. There is alot of bad blood between Hillary supporters and Obama supporters. I personally know a number of Hillary supporters that have come out and stated that they will not vote for Obama no matter what. Some stated that they'll either stay home, or vote but not in the presidential election, OR write Hillary in.
