mandatory tip?

I go to restaurants sometimes and the wait staff are rude and even sometimes downright disrespectful and in these cases, I don't leave any tip. My tip to rude wait staff is "FIND ANOTHER JOB THAT YOU ARE GOOD AT BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE ONE."

That is complete bullshyt. They need to start paying these wait staff minimum wage instead of the 2 dollars a hours many of these restaurants pay them. I don't understand why minimum wage laws down apply to restaurants. I will not tip someone who gives bad service. I usually tip very high but there are times I have left no tip. Like the lady who ignored our table the whole time,and was going to the tables around us but completely ignored us. I guess it was the color of our skin, I don't know but she got NATHAN. My mom says that isn't right to do that, but she did not earn it at all.

What the hell!!! Why in the hell do you HAVE TO tip somebody? It's a tip! If they want or need more money then get a job! I always tip, if I have the cash to do so, but you should have the option to do so. So know we are directly paying peoples salaries? GTFOH!

a tip is earned..am tired of these waiters wanting extra money for a job they chose...i do not leave a tip if the service was crappy...dont care if they arrest me...i will sue the restaurant.

If the owner was going to comp the meal, as he said. Why didn't he take the tip out of the original money they paid for the meal and call it even. This may backfire on the Restaurant because people don't want to go somewhere get lousy service and then arrested over a meal.

That's messed up how the hell you gone tell somebody they have to pay for bad service! If you are going to pre-charge my tip then pre-do the work by having my damn silverware at my table and my glass topped off or refilled. I shouldn't have to get my utensils & drink and pay you !
