: Listen up: This downlow phenomenon has been very startling over the past decade or so. JL King really opened our (black women/'s) eyes to the startling acts of black men who live separate lives. They have wives, girlfriends, and even children, yet, occasionally they partake in sexual acts with their boy, their brotha, their homie, their ***...Whatever they call them, it/'s sickening and black women, whether we like it or not, it affects us! You may say, /"NOT MY MAN./" However, let me ask you a question, /"Are you around your man 24 hours a day?/" I am almost certain without a reasonable doubt that the answer is NO! I am not telling you to become suspicious of your man, but we as women need to protect ourselves. AIDs is real! Let me rephrase that: AIDS IS REALLLLLLLLL!!!!!! Black women account for the largest percentage of HIV/AID cases in the WORLD. SO, how do we protect ourselves? We can protect ourselves by putting these men on blast and uncovering the truth. We can protect ourselves with condoms or rubbers as my mother call them, but that/'s just not enough because I want to know who these downlow men are. Everytime a brother or any man for that matter approach me, I ask myself /"Could he possibly be on the downlow?/" Yes, he very well can be. I don/'t know. But, there is someone out there who know: the other men they sleep with.
Because of this, I have decided to create a website that will raise awareness about downlow brothers and HIV. I am sure some of you women have been to the site dontdatehimgirl.com where women can log on and upload pictures of men who are just no good to expose them to the world and warn other women. Well, this site will be quite similar. However, it is meant to feature only black men who are on the downlow. I am hoping that men who are open about their homosexualities will come to this site and expose these guys who are leading double lives and sleeping with their wives at *** and with their boys during the day. Ladies, tell me how would you feel about a website such as the one I described? Please provide some feedback because black women are the ones who will benefit from this site. Also, in your spare time, read this artcle that I came across this morning: It makes you say hmmmmm....Could one of these men be my husband, my baby daddy...I dont know, but hopefully the website will reveal the answer to your question. http://www.citypaper.com/news/story.asp?id=8084
