its just that these big women, are lazy and dont want to take that , hard first step.. diet , excercise, calorie lowering, etc.,, they go right in that grocery store and get, ham ,pork, sweet potatoes, rice, and white bread, knowing that its wrong!!!!! we all know what we should eat., but if your mind is weak, you aint gone do it period....... You are on a roll tonite. Amen. Maybe I should get off my FAT AZZ and do something about it. I'm no Monique but I could stand to loose a few (ok alot) of pounds. BTW Star had gastric bypass surgery and she looks HORRIBLE. If I had a choice to look like Star or Monique I will take Monique any day. Star looks sick and very unhealthy. At least Monique does not look like she is about to pass out from starvation.

The Baddest Man on radio is putting action behind his words. On September 20th Michael Baisden along with comedian George Wilborn, national celebrities, and thousands of loyal listeners will March on the Jena Courthouse to demand justice for Mychal Bell, one of the black teenagers awaiting sentencing in the Jena 6 Case. Mychal Bell could receive up to 22 years in prison for what amounted to nothing more then a *** fight between black and white high school students.
Michael will need all the support he can get to show the prosecutors, the Judge, and the entire nation that we will not stand by while they steal the lives of our children. Time for talk is over, it's time to act.

I'm glad that you're addressing the problem of obesity. But let's not forget the ones who take dieting to the extreme. I am talking about the anorexics and the bullemics. Where as this may not necessaril be a black girl problem, the fact remains that the problem still remains. Obesity is a problem and so is being underweight. In fact underweight people will suffer the same fate as someone who is overweight i.e their life span is cut *** by almost 20 years.
I have a girlfriend that is ***. She looks like a mad waste and to make matters worse she is constantly fainting on buses, trains you name. Recently she was diagnosed with diabetes. People that go to either extreme are mad and sad.
