as i stated before, most of the schools today have rules and regulations already set forth before the kids even get to prom...9 times outta 10 her hard headed, tack headed ass knew she wasn't supposed to wear this dress....and if the school didnt have any restrictions on prom attire, SHE should feel very ashamed and stupid (for being on national tv) and acting like this type of foolywang material is okay....she gets a big ol NO MAM PAM...no mam....

I've seen ghetto skank'ish Prom dresses B4, but that mess right thur looked homemade from Granny drapes..

well sometimes they let u get away with wearing certain things that against school policy to prom now i think they need to let these kids kno that u can wear xyz to prom and not this cuz its an outrage if i was her i would ask for my money back to but if she tried to make the outfit presentable they should have let her in it was senior prom for goodness sake they rules could have bent a little

Her parents should be ashamed for not teaching her what is appropriate attire for formal events, paying for that dress to get custom made and then letting her walk out the house looking like that. If she did not know any better, they should have, no dress code is necessary in order to know that her dress looked like Cinderella's rags

She should've known better....... not only was the dress classless but it was cheaply made!!!! SMDH If she wanted to wear it that bad why not cut the train off and wear it to some of the parties being held by classmates....but not to a prom.
She was wrong...period. She should have had more respect for herself than showing up to the prom wearing cloth that it looks like someone just sewn together. She is only 17 and since when is that cute? I think they should have pulled her to the side, told her to GO HOME AND CHANGE and then come back. PERIOD.
